NokScoot Airlines to expand presence in nation’s burgeoning travel market Low-cost carrier NokScoot Airlines, a joint-venture between Thailand’s Nok Air and Singapore’s Scoot, on Tuesday expanded its footprint in China with direct flights between Shanghai and Bangkok.
